What is therapy?
Psychotherapy is a way to help people address a multiple of concerns, from anxiety, to depression, to relational problems. Therapy can also assist in setting specific goals that can contribute to a sense of increased wellness.
What insurance do you accept?
At this time we are paneled with Aetna. For all other insurances we are Out of Network. We are happy to provide a superbill if necessary. We also provide therapy to self-pay clients.
What is the typical structure of sessions?
Psychotherapy sessions at New Heights Psychological Services are typically 45-minute sessions. We strongly encourage weekly sessions at a minimum, so that gains are sustained over time.
